Sig SHR 970
A local pawnshop has a Sig SHR 970 in 270 win. for sale. It comes with a Nikon Buckmaster scope.

Does anyone have any experience with these rifles? I know they were only imported for a short time. There is not much information on the internet.

I had one in 7mm Rem for a while. Feeding was problematic, but fixed under warranty. IIRC, the metal was finished in some sort of teflon, much like Black Ice and design is switch barrel. Accuracy was just ok, so I sent it down the road.

I disagree.

Our SHR 270 is great. Smooth feeding good safety crisp trigger.

Caliber: 6,5x65 with Möller Bullets it shoots great.

I have one in 300 Win Mag...it is one of the most accurate out-of-the-box rifles I have ever owned.
