spartan/Remington....where?
I go to the remington website and can find nothing about Spartan. Am I blind?

I dont know, but my nephew (11 years old) got one in .410 for X-Mas. It handels well points nice and is very light.

I have not verified this but have heard that Remington was bringing everything under the "Remington" banner instead of having different "brand" names.

I see the "Baikal" shotguns under the "SPR" title under shotguns but the side by side rifle in 30-06 and 45-70 is not to be found. Does this mean they have dropped this product???

Just wondering.

I see in other threads a few are showing up in Canada but not under the Remington name.
