Tikka 260Information on Hansen Action
Hi All,
I am looking to have a custom deer/boar rifle in 275 Rigby, and would be interested if anyone has information and/or experience with the Hansen action, - built in Norway.
It is a new name to me, so any info will be appreciated.
Thanks

Bent FossdalIt is a very well made action. Basically it is a Rem700 with a Sako extractor and Win70 safety.
3 different lengths, from the .22-250 to the .458 Lott.
CNC mashined out of solid bars.
Never heard anything bad about them.

Bent FossdalHowdy,
Their web-site is:
www.magnumhansen.comI Don't think they are made in stainless, since their site claims they come in blued or nitrited finnishes, but they usually make whatever people want. I know they have made a scaled up version for Ulrik Hentzer, for his .577 T-rex.

Tikka 260I have heard that
Barnard are now making repeater actions for the Hunting Fraternity, so looking at that possibility. If anyone's seen or heard of that, I would appreciate any information
