This is news to me too.

I did a search on yahoo with 9.3x62 and came on Nosler Reloading, apparently it is a spinoff from nosler, they are loading some of the calibers with both Partition and Balistic tips, I am still waiting for them (send them a email)to come back to me, when I was trying their website I there was a problem with the 9.3x62 link + a host of others like the 338 win, but managed to see the partition and balistic are loaded things seems to getting up for the 9.3x62, I think this is the 1st ammo loaded by a major manufacturer in the us, althouth their are primaraly into bullets it seems they want to start with ammo.
