What a good one? EJS, Stoney Point?

mhoSinclair with o-ring. Apparently there are better (and more expensive) bore-guides out there too, have not tried any of those. I use and like the Sinclairs - they are about 18$ a piece, and they need to be ordered matching caliber and action (actually bolt diameter).

schunter1128Do you suggest the solvent port as well?

mhoI have not used the solvent port, so I can't really comment on that one. Sounds like it might be a useful gadget, though?

JustCyes,..buy the solvent ports as well, they are handy. Also,..they work great with the solvent bottles sinclair sells. The flip open dispensers allow you to add just the amount you want to your patch through the port.

br6ppcThe best I've seen is the guide made by Mike Lucas. It's got an insert that goes on the rod to center it in th eguide as well as your barrel. They're not too easily obtainable. The guys over at Benchrest Central
web page can help locate one. Other than that, get a Sinclair with the solvent port ( the port is worth every penny ).
