Is the 9.3 x74R Legal for Cape Buffalo
Which Countries in Africa if any is the 9.3 X 74R legal for Buffalo or any other Dangerous Game?

Legal or not. I doubt you would ever have an issue in modern Africa.

Not legal in Tanzania, as .375 is the minimum, but a couple of bucks to the game scout would likely fix anything if anything was said at all. It'll work, that's for sure.

I don't think that last comment is correct.

While most countries appear to have a .375 minimum for dangerous game, I believe the various 9.3 calibers meet the minimum requirements for DG in Zimbabwe.

Might want to verify with some of the Zim experts such as Ganyana, David Hulme or the various booking agents.
