300 WSM or 300 REM SAUM

I am going to have a barrel made for my T/C Encore and was wondering what one to go with ? Virgin Valley Arms stopped chambering any of the WSM's for some reason ?

For whatever reason they quit chambering WSM's, I'd go with the Remington offering.

WSM's produce more pressure than the Encore can handle is why they stopped.
