338zmagI bought a Bell and Carlson stock from them. It was defective and when I wanted to return it I got the run around. Had a worse experience with Bell and Carlson with that stock. Finally got a refund from Bell and Carlson, but not for the two times I had to ship their defective stocks back. I asked how many times would they ship defective stocks and expect me to pay for the shipping. That is when they decided to refund my money, but that didn't go smooth either.
I would ask specific questions about their return policy. Better yet, get it in writing. The owner of Stocky's got mad at me because I wanted to return it. I will never deal with him again. He normally doesn't answer the phone, a lady does and she is a peach. Unfortunately if something is wrong with the stock she transfers you to the owner.

seafire2A lot of their laminate stocks look like they are purchased from Boyd's, which you can get factory direct and also cheaper...
and they will back up there products in my experience. I have had a few that were bad, and they replaced them and also sent me a call tag for them, essentially picking up the return shipping tag for them also!

Ammo_Dogho,
I have purchased 3 stocks from stocky's. The first was a bell and carlson for a Rem 700 short action that needed minor fitting, mostly overspray around the bedding block. The second one was a laminate thumbhole which was used to trick out an old Ruger 10/22. This one fit great with no fitting required. The third stock was for a Rem 700 long action. This one needed some minor sanding in the barrel channel. All and all, I have been satisfied with their products and service. All 3 of the stocks have an excellent finish and were packaged well for shipment.
