My first choice is Vihtavuori N-165, and I am still looking for the second choice. I have tried Reloder 19 and Accurate 4350, and while both are serviceable, they aren't as consistent as the Vihtavouri N-165. (Too bad, since they are cheaper) I am going to try Reloder 22 next, as it seems to be very close to the burning rate of N-165 and is also about $4 per pound less expensive at the local Sportsman's Warehouse. If it can't match the Vit powder, I will just dig deeper into my pockets and stay with the Finnish powder. If it can match N-165 for accuracy and consistency, then I probably have a new powder for my .270WSM. FWIW, I shoot Nosler Accubonds and the 140 gr Ballistic Tips.
