Last I heard Cooper already has nearly a year waiting list if you want/need to order directly from them. (vs the caliber/model selection available from one of the outlets that tries to keep Coopers in stock.) And, yes, they'd be hugely more innundated if they offered a centerfire repeater.

I quite agree. I love single shot actions in my varmint calibers which I also use a lot at the bench, but in a hunting rifle for larger game a repeater makes good sebse.
