3006 loaded with 220 grain solid

if you have loaded or tested following loads 220 gr barnes solid or woodleigh solid in 30 caliber 06 or 300 mag. please share your knowledge with me.

220 Barnes solids in the 300 mag are just wonderful for Duikers, Suni etc, and for follow up shots on Eland. They worked really well for us.

Remember, forgivness is easier to get than permission.

Fury01

Shot a couple of whitetail with the Barnes 220 solids. They work like all good solids do. Shoot them through the right area and you have a dead whatever. Angle of entry through said area is not important on Deer/Elk sized game.
