Considering buying a Kimber 8400 in 300 WM. Seems to be a very well made, nice light gun. Anyone shoot one and how accurate has it been? I'm between that and a Remington XCR.

I have one in 25-06. It is a very nice rifle and is capable of very good accuracy. I have killed mule deer, whitetail and antelope with it. All 4 antelope were killed at over 300 yards using factory Hornady 117 grain Interbond ammo.

The rifle was a gift and I don't know if I would have spent the money if I was puchasing for myself when a Ruger Hawkeye is just as good and costs a bit more than half as much.

Yah, I'd like to buy the Ruger, but it is heavier and I like the Kimber's stock more than the Hogue or the hard plastic one.
