Funny you should mention this gun.
I have a guy looking to buy a 243 from me and I also have a 7-08 and 308 in stock.

I agree that it is a neat little gun, so light and small.

You might also consider a Howa. If I was looking to buy a gun for the purpose you describe, I'd get the Howa. I have one and it shoots awesome.
