I have finally made up my mind and ordered two centrefire rifles. Firstly a Remington PSS Law enforcement in .223 cal. I've gone for the 1 in 9 twist barrel to facilitate longer ranges, and for now I will put my V24 Weaver on it, in Leup rings, though an S & B or other European will go on eventually.

Second rifle is a Sako 75 Varmint Laminate Stainless in .308. Going to use the Optilock rings on this baby, with a Hakko 4 to 16 x 56 mildot scope to top it off. I will wack a Nightforce NSX on this rifle though as it will be used in club competitions out to 1000 yards.

So just waiting for the dealer to tell me when the girls have arrived, and I'll be off to the ranges.

New guns are a major source of enjoyment to me. I never can wait to see what will happen.
