I currently handload 168 gr. CT silver tips (Nosler ballistic tips with coating) and 86 grains of IMR 7828. Results seem pretty good but was wondering if anyone out there has other loads that have worked well for them.

82.0 gr of IMR-7828 under a 180 gr. Nosler partition or Speer Grand Slam, with a Fed Match LR Mag primer. This is as hot as my rifle, a Rem. 700 semi-custom will go. My buddy's rifle will take 85.0 gr of the same powder. Start low and work up to max. In my rifle, this groups 3/4 inch or slighter under consistently.

My Ruger #1 (Pac-Nor barrel) likes 85 grains Reloder 25, Federal 215 primer, and 180 grain Noslers.

I use 80 grains of 4831 with the 180 grain Nosler partition bullet. I use the Federal 215 magnum primer. On a good day it will bump holes at 100 yards.

I use 85.5grs Imr 7828 Rem cases cci 250mag primers 180gr partitions for 3308 and 3307 five shots over a Pact Chronograph at .3's FiberMark Mark-5 26" barrel

Thanks all for the input. Looks like everyone prefers the 180 grain bullet. Have you found it to be more stable and consistent? Thanks.

I've had excellent results with 84 grs. RL22, the 168 gr. Barnes Triple Shock, Fed 215M primer and Norma brass.

180 and heavier, I'd say. I've had good results with 200 gr. Speer spitzers and 190 gr. Hornady SPBT. Bought a big bunch of Hornady 180 gr. SP blems recently because I got a good price on them. Haven't shot any yet, but expect they'll do fine.

IMR 7828 gives the highest velocities of any powder I've tried in the 300 Weatherby. If you get IMR's handloading manual (it's a softback, on buff-colored paper, and is about the size of standard typing paper), there's a special page in it devoted to loads using 7828 in Weatherby cartridges.

A small amount of work with RL22 in my own 300 Weatherby suggests to me that RL22 may give a bit better accuracy than IMR 7828 in this cartridge, with a slight sacrifice in top velocity.
