Has anyone loaded these in the 308. I was wondering if my results was typical. I got a very ragged hole for a 5 shot group using 46grs of varget powdwer.

Yes, sir ree bob! 44.8 grains of RL-15 with that bullet will put all of the shots you want to put into a 1/4 group all day long. I'm shooting bottle caps at 350 with that load. I also use it for deer. 3 years in a row, one shot kills drt! It's all I shoot in my .308

I haven't loaded any myself, but I have used them in factory ammo. They shoot WAY better then any 25$ box of ammo should. That was Superformance. I have a box of special match ammo from a friend whose agency uses Hornady Match. He swears it'll shoot even better in my gun, haven't tried it out yet.

Yes, I load them for my Ruger no.1 in 30/06. 49.8 gr of Varget. 2800 fps and .5" groups. I havent shot any animals with them but they do shoot good!
