well, I have been wanting to change out my extractor on my 700PSS to a sako type. One gunsmith wants $150 to do it. Thought that was high. Anybody know of online smiths that do it?

Call Dave at I,T&D guns in Ohio. He barreled my action for my 6.5-284 and he does great, reasonable work. He is barreling an 8mm Rem Mag for me as we speak and he quoted me $100 to put a Sako extractor on the gun. That would be $50 less than the quote you got. Anyhow, I like him and his work.
