Pressure of 9.3x62 load?

Can someone direct me to a calculator that would give me data on pressure (psi) for my 9,3x62 load. Load is 57gr 4064 with 270gr speer bullet.

SnellstromThere are a couple out there that people use although I don't, I've asked for help on this subject a few times and "Quickload" comes up a lot and another source I can't remember.
"loadtech" thats the other one.
jstevens a poster around here has done quite a bit of loading for the 9.3 and was pushing the high end with Ramshot Big Game powder and great accuracy results, he may have an opinion on your pressure.
Any pressure signs on your brass or hard bolt lift?

tiggertateQuickload calculates your pressure to be 49,879 psi. CIP max is 56,565 (3900 bar). It says your velocity is about 2418 fps.
"Experience" is the only class you take where the exam comes before the lesson.

Loadtech calls it around 51,000 and 2460fps still below the 56565 and way below what I would consider max in a modern rifle.

How about running my reload?
9,3x62 with 24" barrel:
I'm getting right at 2,400 fps on Chrony
firing a 286 Nosler PT
using 57.5 grains of IMR-4320
with std primers.
PS: Would you also post link to Quickload?

http://www.neconos.com/details3.htmLoadtech calls it right around 60,000. That said I would not put amy $$ on that number being exact. I would call it a range + or -. Key issues not considered are exact case capacity, OAL, chamber dimensions barrel etc. Programs are just one more source of data. No different than books showing different maximum loads.

I'm away from my laptop and can't check it right now but Quickload is software you have topurchase, not a website.

Exit31Thank you all. Much appreciated. BTW my 57 grs of 4064 and 270 gr speer load is plenty accurate for me. In my 98 husky and on the bench, I can get all those little freight trains in a 3" circle at 100yards useing a 4power scope! I just wanted to make certain that my pressure was not to high. thanks again.

Quickload says 55,950 and 2431 fps from a 24" barrel.

Are you sure its Varget and 60 grains?

Loadtech calls it 76.2. Which might explain why in the first load Loadtech pressures were higher. But runs against why it would show a lower fill % and lower pressure in the last Varget load. I've found numerous powders that read real close to my own results and several that are way off. Since it varies I ASSUME it is a more of a powder data (burn rate, density etc) issue than a calculation issue. But what do I know.
To me it is just another data source.

AtkinsonWith a 286 gr. Nosler start out with 56 grs. of RL-15 and work up..My max load is 58 grs. for 2520 FPS 10 shot average with high and low taken out...but I have a long throat in my rifle and the magazine opened a bit..But that load shot well in a Brno 21 also.
I think that RL-15 is the ultimate powder in the 9.3x62. I get an honest 2400 plus FPS with a 320 gr. Woodleigh and a 26" tube...
