George SemelRe: 7mm Weatherby Magnum
I had a Fiber Mark come my way so chambered. Along with the gun a pile of ammo. All of it 139 gr Hornaday loads. In a weak moment, I had a 2.5 to 10 x Ziess mounted on it. I took it to the range, I fired a couple of shots at 100 yards to get the bullets hitting were I looked. Then I put a target out at 200 yards. I put four shots dead nuts on the target. The group measured 1.2 inchs! Not bad Not bad at all. I spent that whole season hunting with that rifle. I still have it, but dam its not light. On the other hand maybe because it has some weight to it, I shoot it better. 7mm Weatherby is a good cartridge, thou 7mm Remington is more avaiable in both loads and rifles.

Heritage ArmsWell we shot the 7mm WBy at 100 yds and were amazed how accurate the gun is. It seems to shoot 154 grs to 160 grs bullets into about 3/4" at 100 yds.
