While I am gearing up to handload some new bullets, I have several boxes of 250gr Core-Lokt factory loaded ammo. I have only used the 200gr in the past. Anyone with actual experience using the factory 250gr loads?

not factory but have handloaded both in 350 and 358 winchhester...

I think Charles Askins killed a brown bear with the 250gr. factory load.

The 350 is basically a ballistic equal of the 35 Whelen. I saw my friend hammer 3 big moose while we lived in AK with his Whelen and the 250 factory loads so I guess it would be more than sufficient for about anythign up to Cape buffalo.
