AnotherAZWriterRe: Which caliber for CZ 550 full stock?
Hey thanks. I just ordered a Red Label today, so I should wait a few days before ordering a new gun.

skl1AnotherAZWriter,
It's like being an alcoholic, isn't it? I keep saying I've got to find a way to slow down the purchase and trade cycle. I've got a mandatory, self-imposed 3 day waiting period...
7x57, thanks for the report. It's reassuring to know the full-stocked guns can be accurate. Can't wait to get the 6.5x55; I saw the new $519 one on gunbroker, and I think it had a not-yet-met reserve. Plus some folks here recommended The CZ Connection. Either way, the checks on its way now. Good luck searching for Maria.
PC, I love the 9.3x62 Lux. Haven't used it on anything but paper yet, but I think it's the perfect Maine woods for moose gun. I think it'd be great for big pigs, too, though I'm reserving small pig duty for the new 6.5x55. But that Lux is light, beautiful, capable of killing just about anything 5 times over. What a gun!

Hey, I had too much to drink last night at a User Group Reception in Orlando. Hangovers are not fun.
Buying guns is better - no hangover.

BlackHawk1I'm trading for a new 6.5x55 CZ 550 FS later this week

. I went into my favorite gun grotto..err..store, and there it sat, all lonely, the only bolt-action "Mannlicher" in the store and it's siren song lovingly called my name. I told the proprietor I would bring in my near new Rem 700 243 later in the week and he pulled it off the shelf and stuck my name on 'er

! My wife was with me when this took place, so now I have to buy a nice dinner.....not a bad trade-off
