brewtclRe: Power points?
More of the same that all have said here...I think they are a great bullet and due to todays technology under rated. For what you are doing I think you'll be very happy. The 180PP in both the 308 and -06 have been my favorite factory load for years.

Alberta CanuckPecos 45 -
Do you know if they sell the 200 gr. .338 Power Points in bulk too? That is the ONLY bullet my Sako Safari-Grade likes, that I've found, and is plenty adequate for elk. It will put them in 3/4" 5-shot groups at 100 yards, while everything else it throws in excess of 2".
Thanks,
Alberta Canuck

Pecos41AC - I've searched all my usual haunts and no one has the Power Point in .338, at least in bulk packs.
What other bullets have you tried in you rifle. Maybe I can dig up a deal for you to try in a brand you haven't tried yet.
