Does anyone have one of the above rifles, and can comment on its history, production dates and overall quality? I believe it was also sold as the Mossberg 472, and maybe the Western Automotive 207. They all seem to be close copies of the Marlin 336. All comments appreciated...

They "look" like the Marlins but are "not" close copies. Meaning they function poorly. When they came out I bought a Mossberg version and returned three in a row that functioned too poorly to use, ate brass off cases and jammed consistently. I got my money back and bought a Marlin.
