Cooper rifle in .308??
I have not heard of anyone who shoots the Cooper rifle, in .308..

I have a real hard on for this rifle, and just thought about making it my latest project. Not that it needs any "fine tuning" out of the box! Thanks..sakofan.. [Wink]

I have one in 17 mach 4 and love it. The most accurate rifle out of the box that I have ever shot.

I'm interested in the Cooper rifles as well. However, I thought all centerfire Coopers were single-shot only. Do they make a repeating .308?

Killsft, I BELIEVE that you are correct.
That said, why would someone make a "Western Classic" (hunting rifle???). And then limit it to 1 shot?!?!?!?

I understand the reasoning, I guess, about having a single shot for a BR rifle. But, Holy crap, why would you build a beautiful "hunting?" rifle and do that???..sakofan..
