You definitely do not need any special forming dies. Standard dies work fine. Nothing exotic about this forming process.
As for brass, everything is hard to get now. Point is, Norma still makes it.

Okay, fair enough on Norma. They do make quality brass. Maybe I've missed it in my searches but if there's some vendor that you're aware of who stocks Norma .350RM brass and actually has it, post or PM me the link. Thanks.
