Hello, I tried searching for more information but was unable to confirm if Talley "DOES" make quick detach rings for an old BRNO 21F? I ordered the CZ 550 rings Talley suggested after calling them but they do not work on the rifle. The bolt handle does not clear, and a portion of the base overhangs the bolt itself. Curious if others have suggestions, as I saw Alaska Arms? or possible Warne? Greatly appreciate any suggestions, than you!

I have some Brno sets somwhere around here, originals and some others///Talley does make them andthe ones I have or had fit properly, if the ones you have hang over, thats an easy fix, cut off the over hang and blue the bases, or cold blue them for that matter UNLESS you get a set of "high rings and bases" but that looks like crap and you have very low comb and high scope!!

As for the bolt handle, It has to be lowered, no getting around that but done properly will look the same, and you have to take a little bit of wood out of the stock that does not show.

these modifications have never hurt the value of the many 21s and 22s Ive owned..

I have an original set of brno mod 21,22 rings; 3 of unknown make that are classic and the dovetails seem to match Brno..also two sets of bases with proper dovetails..The originals are the only set I guarantee, but I believe they are Brno, unless they are sako. the dovetails match the Brno set..
