Old style snow shoe
Hi all.

Snow shoe, the good old style, made of wood and hide.
I love them when going out cheking traps, hunting hare and other small game in winter, these are the best! Well, I think so. The modern types just dont make it for me...And now
I need a new pair, my dear pair needs to be repaced.
Who makes these now days, in a good quality?

Have a good day all.

I have found the new shoes made of metal and plastic to be much noisier then those made of wood rawhide and leather

I have a veryu old pair in very good condition, rawhide and wood..I never used anything else so don't know whats best, but will take your word for it and they certainly show craftsmanship..

I don't shoe anymore, never did much except for late hunts here in Idaho. what are these worth, I might consider selling them if anyone is interested.
