New front sight won't clear holsters barrel channel

Some of you may remember my previous post about my load hitting 4+" high @ 27 yds with my ss Ruger NMBH in 45 LC and a 335 gr Cast Performance WFNGC @ 1100 fps. I took the advice to have Gary Clements install one of his custom front sights. It's beautiful. While the handgun was away at Clements shop in Virgina I took it upon my self to order one of Mernickle's Field Carry 2 holsters. It came, the gun came and the new, taller, front sight won't fit within the holster barrel channel. It's too tall. Rips leather.

Now what?

Sell the holster and buy one that will fit with the new sight.

If you're going to make a hole, make it a big one.

Called Mernickle. They said to send them the holster and $10 to cover postage and they would make me a new one to fit the higher sight. That's customer service.
