7 mm Pin-fire revolver ammo

I just got an old box with 15 cartridges in it. The are for the 7 mm Pin-Fire revolver. The box says it was made by Eley Bros., Ld., London.
It says that they are 63 grain bullets over 5 1/3 grains of powder. I assume this is black powder??? Anyone know anything about this ammo or the revolver it was chambered for?
