Not bad if it's in good shape. A quick look at Gunbroker.com shows a new one for $438, so why not offer $350 or $375 and see where that gets you? The holster and grips sweeten the deal.

Is $400 a good price on a used Ruger redhawk 44 mag-5.5 inch barrel, rubber hogue mono grip and aBauer holster??

Lub- Depends on what you want it for. Have you shot one with that size of barrel compared to one with a 7 1/2in?? The muzzle blast and flip is alot different and you will find you're self more accurate with a 7 1/2in barrel. There is plenty around, and even on www.gunbroker.com for a stainless st 7 1/2in. Take time and look, a holster sounds nice and the grips but in the long run you might be happier if you get the longer barrel. www.gunsamerica.com has a couple also for $450.00 99% new for even a Super Redhawk sst. You are Pushing right around new gun prices any way
