Trigger on BFR
I was wondering if a Wolf spring kit for a Super Blackhawk would work on a BFR???????Thanks ahead,OB Confused

Yes, same parts but I use a 26# over power variable hammer spring and I just lighten the trigger spring by bending it.
I remove the creep by working the hammer. Most of my revolvers go down to 1-1/2 to 2#.
I would never lighten the hammer spring.

It seems that some are confused about my 26# over power spring.
The standard factory springs are 22 to 23# and being Ruger, they also take a set. They are not good springs to start with.
I had to change my SRH spring every year when accuracy started to drop off. Yes a weak spring will ruin shooting but a Wolff spring will hold tension, maybe forever.
Another bad spring was the Rem 870 and 1100 magazine spring. Soon the gun stops feeding and I bought Wolff springs by the dozen. I can't count those I had to fix.
I hope that clears it up.
