Took my first 2 deer with a pistol this weekend.

Deer season opened this weekend in East Tx.

Hunting with my SW 500-8 3/8" w/SW scope 1.5-6x and 400gr WFNGC at 1500 fps (this is from a mould from mountainmolds.com)took a buck saturday evening at 20 yds,and a doe sunday at 9:30 am (at 60 yds) both ran about 40yds after being hit in lung/heart plenty of blood for easy tracking,good performance from the cast bullet very little meat damage.
