I think it is meaningless and agree with jwp that experience and honesty are the determinants.

True. Time and learning in the field counts more then age. Some 13 year old kids have it more together then 80 year old guys.
I am over 72 but my whole life has been spent hunting and shooting. Some never shoot until the season opens or venture into the woods.
Some have too much money and hire a guide. The guide is the hunter and you are the shooter.
