Any body got any load data for using a .360 (70gn) round ball in a 38 S&W? I want to carry it for a back up for squirrel hunting or in place of my 22 rifle.

Just got a Mountian Cur and plan to use him to tree coons and squirrels etc. and may want to use the 38 S&W for close range dispatch of vermin.

I would try a grain and half of red dot work up from there to maybe max of three. Should give you a nice quite load. You well have to see how it shoots.
