.308 Winchester loads in a 16" barrel?

Does anybody have "useful" loads that really
make sense and which bullets do perform at
these speeds ?My gun is a T/C Encore with a
medium weight barrel.

HI Jï¿½rgen
I have a Competitor pistol 14" BBL in 308 Win. I use 125gr Nosler BT with Powder WW748 51.5gr, Primer CCI BR2, OAL 2.80 2776fps. With a 150gr BT Powder IMR4064 48.2gr, CCI BR2, OAL 2.81, 2652fps. Both loads shoot .7 group at 100yds in my Competitor. Hope this helps
