New York dem trying to ban 50 cal handguns

Assembly Bill 2772, authored by State Assemblywoman Patricia Eddington
(D-3), would ban the sale, use or possession of any firearm with a bore
diameter .50 caliber or larger. This bill would require gun owners in
possession of these firearms to surrender them to law enforcement.

First they try to ban 50 cal, then they try to ban 45 cal, then they try to ban...etc, etc.

I was vacationing in Hawaii shortly after S&W came out with their 500. A syndicated editorial in the local newspaper went on and on how this caliber/gun had no sporting purpose and would only be welcomed by the criminal element as a "cop killer."

It always amazes me, how people so ignorant of the truth and of the facts get to such high positions.

I recall that article and they suggested that gang bangers would be using the new Smith .500 in drive-by shootings. It's absurd.

hey whitworth good news one of my coworkers brother just bought a used super redhawk and a smith auto unfired plus about 800 rounds of ammo for 600 dollars well they denied him a pistol permit and if he loses appeal i get them for same price i hate to wish bad luck on a guy but hope he loses appeal

Politicians were elected to survive the people, it seems that most of them have there own agenda to do what they want.

These people need to be removed from office.

no as you can see worst then russia.russia might be step up and worse then having to have a permit you must have permit for every handgun no blanket permits that cover whatever your carrying

me too redhawk and whitworth we are shall issue every county has a little different rules on permits part of problem it should be got permit and have whatever and how many i want but i don't know it's hard for me to move i got a decent job with state with execelent benies so stuck between rock and hard place my 2 sisters are down in va with you maybe sometime i go down visiting i'll try look you up they are out by newport news area
