Weigand's mounts are great. Had you ordered it directly from him, you could have gotten the rings at great saving. He runs a special all the time with his mounts and rings.

Swede, I had to lap the rings because the Bushnell red dot has a tube diameter of 1.010". I also take a file and file off the sharp edges on the bottom of the rings where they fit on the base. A lot of bases like the Weigand are wider in this area. After filing, they slid right on and I didn't have to overtighten the screws.
