A red fox ! What did you think it was ?

Jeese, Greg, you get outdoors much?

Well, in defense of the guy, that black tip on the tail is obviously missing; so are the stockings on the back legs. I knew what it was when I first looked at it, but the dog does kind of look like it crossed with a coyote...

Uh, red fox come in several different color shadings and even that changes on the individual during the course of the year. So, do you get outdoors much?

A red fox with mange starting on the back end.

My Dad always said that it is "better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all dought"

Mange is common and it sure does make them look funny. I can't count the ones I killed that I had to fish a rope on them and bury them.
Don't ever let your dogs run in areas where mangy fox are.
But a red fox is a red fox is a red fox but they do seem strange to anyone sitting at a computer.

A cat of course, nothing else is attracted to the stuff.

Of course GS is a golfer. The only problem is that when he goes to shoot golf, he has to calm his wife down since she doesn't know how to cook them. Just kidding. Nice pics.

Very good stuff but we need to get back to guns. I have seen some awful tough people flinch like a schoolgirl. I have seen schoolgirls make a 250# man look sick.

The original photo was that of a red fox. The original poster removed said photo when I made made it abundantly clear that his foolishness was neither needed nor desired on this forum.

It is one thing to participate in a discussion; quite another to try and lead the discussion from a position of authority when that person had no basis or background on which to contribute in a meaningful manner.
