kingdNot for everyone- Reloading style
I have been reloading 44 Mag rounds since 1987. I have I guess a ritual, after standard case prep. I get all my stuff out and it has to be in just the right place. I don't load for speed but for accuracy, better known as being freaking anal. Size cases, 50 at a time, each re-measured, then powder charge. Measured after each 5 rnds and then visually checked. Then of course bullet seating. Each rnd checked for any issues. All the while my tv is blaring and I never seem to hear it or even know it's there. Part of the ritual though. Ex-wife came out one night during a long reloading session and had to turn the tv off and push me to get my attention. I was so engrossed in reloading I never heard or saw her. It is also a great stress reliever, go figure. Just some thoughts from an old reloader.

Cold Trigger FingerNo tv or other distractions for me. I'm not anal about my reloading, but I do have a certain way I do things . I am anal about keeping track of what powder is in the charger and what primers are in the priming tool tho.
