Perhaps you should try the "sound investment" or "I don't have any other hobbies I enjoy" route. I'm sure she can understand that you appreciate the differences between these items and while you like a little variety with your firearms you are by all means a one-woman man...Do you have any relatives down south to visit over the Holidays? That might re-educate her on the meaning of "arsenal" [ha ha].

Hmm, is your safe too small or money short? I could be sympathetic to a woman who may use that reasoning ("too many") to nag you when you are making aquisitions (though I could not agree with her) but for things already paid for? She doesn't shoot, does she? Do you think a 9mm that fits her hands would help smooth things over? Maybe a SIG P232 if a true light-weight is needed? Or does the local shooting club need to start an "underground railroad" for shooters with unsympathetic wives?

well she is just starting to learn shooting but she thinks a couple guns is fine she says i have a arsenal her words not mine i personaaly think in a couple of yrs she will never say that again and i can't tell her she has to many shoes cause i want to live to see tomorrow
