Anyone hunt with a .444 marlin?

Thinking of getting single shot pistol in .444 marlin, does anyone have experience of hunting with this calibre in a pistol?

I have hunted with the .444 Marlin for a decade and until last year it was always my weapon of choice.

What do you want to know about it?

Never recovered a bullet.

I've hunted plenty with a TC that shoots a .444 Marlin (case necked down to .375).
The .375 JDJ.
