Most accurate factory 357mag ammo?
I've shot several different brands and was wondering what everybody else had the best luck with.

Thanks,

Dan

I have had good luck with Winchester Supreme 180 gr Partition Gold.
It took a while to get used to the recoil, but once I did I could get about 2" at 25 yards with my Ruger GP-100. It's not that great for accuracy but I suck at handgun shooting with open sights.
The only other loads I've tried to shoot accurately were the 158 gr Hornady XTP, 158 gr JSP American Eagle, and 110 gr Win SJHP.
The XTP's were second best at about 3".

Checking in my record it was the Hornday 158XTP. They were my standard to load against.

Dan, Greetings! The Winchester 180 Partition Gold, the cheap Federal American Eagle 158grn Jacketed Soft Point, and the Cor-Bon 200grn WFM Hard Cast Loads have all been the most accurate factory loads for me.

The 180grn Partition Gold is so accurate out of my Desert Eagle 357's that I no longer load for this pistol for a whitetail deer load, as I simply cannot beat this load.

Thanks again for all the suggestions. I'm finally getting good enough with my GP100 that quality ammo will make a difference.
