762NATO250gr .44mag loads for new model Super BlackHawk
Non Fluted*
Anyone have any 250gr loads for a .44mag? Im trying to experiment with 200gr, 250, and 300gr bullets but havent been able to find any loads for the 250. Also, what would be the best primer to use? I usually use winchester magnum pistol primers.

bfrshooterAre you going to hunt or just target shoot and plink? My favorite load is the 320 gr. LBT WLNGC with 21.5 grs. of 296. I use STANDARD FED. PRIMERS. Mag. primers always tripled my groups. I shot IHMSA for years and will not touch a mag primer. E- mail me and I will send you info on loading for revolvers and why I don't use mag primers.
jameswbrm@aol.com I have loads for condom bullets too.

762NATOthe only target shooting with these bullets I'll be doing is sighting in. Im lookin for a load that will take deer/hog out to 100yds. Id like to use the bigger bullets like the 250 and 300gr.

762NATOAlso would like to have as much power as possible. Recoil is not a problem fer I am not recoil shy. I'll shoot ANYTHING once, maybe 2 times

Alaska Bush ManI use 250 Sierra FPJ and 250 Nosler Part with 22.0 of 2400 and CCI Large Pistol Primers in Federal Cases in my 44 mag. This is the old "Elmer Kieth Load".
I use this in my SW 5" performance shop 629.
