I still would not hesitate to use the 200 XTP's. They expand well and penetrate deep. The current fashion is for heavy lead but my old Smith 29-2 was made back in the Super-Vel era when speed was in vogue and it does better with the lighter bullet. Your revolver may also favor it so I'm suggesting giving them a try. Some things work out as we plan but most just work out.

You might also want to try out Barnes x 225 grainers. My 445 supermag loves these and I will be using them this year IN PA. I am getting under 1 inch at 40 yards and they are zipping along at an average of 1776 fps.

Should smoke a nice buck or doe
