anyone have a holster that they really like for their 500Mag or 460XVR? i have seen the 300 dollar one from desantis and the nylon one that S&W offers but i havent found anything else. anyone make a flap holster? i know you have to kill a whole cow for it.

These guys are from Texas, EJH holsters, they sell on gun broker and also Auctionarms.
you can just go to either site and search for ejh holster.
I have 2 holsters for a Blackhawk or BFR, one strong side, the other cross draw and they seem to be a real quality item and quite the bargin at $40. I emailed them about my 4" 500S&W, they said they could make one and it would be about $70.
I ordered the Galco, but it is on back order. It seems like it will fit in my Bianchi X-15 sholder holster. It's not exactly made for it, but it seems like it will be close enough for now.
I may have EJH make one anyway.

I bought the leather hip holster one from S&W made by desantis. It only cost $70 bucks.

My 500 S&W is scoped, and I bought the leather shoulder holster from S&W and I like it.
