Long eye relief scope for .454?
I would like to mount a scope on my .454Casull that gives me better eye relief than the leupolds I have seen advertised (18inches), something around 60cm(24in) would suit me better.

Also what would be a good rail for the Taurus Raging bull?

Thanks.

I believe my 1.5x4 burris is 19". Not sure about something with more eye relief. For the mount, I have the one taurus makes for the RB. There are 3 bars that run through the vent rib and mount to the rail. Then you just use weaver style rings. It was 60 bucks here in the U.S. It takes a little fooling around to mount straight, but it is sufficient. My RB does'nt wear the scope to often. I put it on occasionally to see that the gun really is accurate and shoots 3 or 4" groups at 100yds. sidewinder

Look at the Bushnell Elite 3200. I have one on my .454 and it has a tremendous amount of eye relief.

I'll second that......the Bushnell Elite 3200 2x6, which replaced the B & L Elite 3000, has the longest eye relief of any scope I've looked through and it stays constant through all power settings.
