Lar45Moving to Arkansas
Hi guys, I'm moving to Arkansas at the end of the month. The bussiness will be shut down for a few days. I'm tryin to get lube stockpiled so we can have as few interuptions as possible.
So who is a good guide for hogs in the NE part of the state. The only guided pig hunt I ever went on was in Austrailia and it turned out to be more of a walk through the bush for a couple of hours and drink lots of beers for the rest of the day party...
I figure I can get a few years worth of knowledge by going with a good guide for the first time out there.

jdunlapmoHaving grown up in Arkansas, and having family still there, I can promise you that there are no places to speak of for Hog hunting in the NE part of the state...
The best hog hunting opportunities are in central and southern Arkansas, and perhaps in NW Arkansas as well. The Ouachita Mountain region has some hogs (West central AR) as well...
If you're moving to NE AR, get ready for lots of duck hunters...and lots of rice fields...and soybean fields...and mosquitos the size of hummingbirds.

Idaho SharpshooterI was there a week ago (tomorrow). Yellville (north central), to be precise. At 4pm it was 109 degrees, and 93% humidity. I hope you like living in a sauna.
Good Luck in the future...
