Barnes X bullets
Has anyone tested these on large animals yet? Looking for results on the .44 200 grain and the .500 375 grain.

I have also used these in my 454 Casull on deer. They work great. I have used the 44 mag. bullets in a lever action rifle, and they work great also.

I have used the 325gr in .500 on one occasion with great success. It is my primary hunting bullet until I have reason to find something else.

Have you tried the 375 grains?

No, I think the last time I purchased some of these bullets, only the 275 and 325 were available. I have loaded some of the 275 and they are accurate and quite fast. I went with the 325 though as the spitzer shape gives enough ballistic advantage to nearly catch up to the 275 at longer ranges.
