I'm getting ready to purchase a pistol to have around the house. Been looking through all kinds of websites lately including Glock, Browning, Ruger and more. Got a little crush on the CZ 75 D PCR Compact and was wondering if anybody would recommend it.

Whats your opinion on CZ 75 pistols? Good? Bad? Can I have a triggerjob done on them? From 8 pounds to, let's say, 4 pounds?

CZ 75 D PCR Compact

I carried a CZ 75 and a Browning Hi power in South Africa for years. I really like the alloy frame CZ especially with Hi cap magazines. Outfitted with trijicon sights you cannot go wrong. They are great guns. While in Prague some of the cops were carring these as opposed to the CZ 75.
