Did You WANT the BHP More than the Smith??? Obviously You did. So why worry? A Belgium HP is a sweet pistol. One can ALWAYS find a truckload of M66's.

I think you did fine. 9mm is cheap to shoot so have some fun.

In my opinion you could have swapped that Smith for a rubber chicken and come out the winner of that trade! I have tried a couple of S&W's and they couldn't do the job that I wanted them for. derf

I recently swapped a smith and wesson model 66 2 1/2 inch barrell, made in 1976, never been fired, with box and papers, for a browning hi power (belguim), the finish is wore a bit from being kept in a rug. My question is does anyone think i got hurt?
